We visit one or two small cellars (depending on season and guest interest), each offering a look into traditional qvevri winemaking. You’ll taste signature Racha reds like Ojaleshi and Khvanchkara, paired with house-aged cheeses. Guests can also opt to stop at a family home or picnic area for a relaxed countryside lunch.
Travel is in a clean, air-conditioned car or minivan, with a calm and knowledgeable local driver. All tastings are private or semi-private, and we avoid large group venues. If you’d like to adjust the route or include a food stop, just ask, we keep the day flexible.
Most wine tours run 4 to 5 hours, including transfers and tasting time. Pricing starts at $130 per vehicle, plus tasting fees (usually $5–10 per person per stop). Full lunch options can be added with advance notice. Pickup available from anywhere in the Racha region.
